Liquid egg now available for consumers

Liquid egg products

Consumer friendly sized cartons of liquid egg, which have traditionally been used in the restaurant and food manufacturing industries, are now available for consumers to purchase as a convenient alternative to shell eggs.

The 500g liquid egg cartons include the equivalent of around 10 shell eggs and are available in the following formats: liquid whole egg, which can be used for everything from cakes to omelettes; liquid egg white, often utilised as a binding agent or for meringue; and Scrambled egg mix.
