Edwina Currie on the British egg industry

In 1988, then junior health minister Edwina Currie warned the British public that most of the egg production in the UK was affected by Salmonella. The ramifications caused egg sales to plummet. Twenty-five years on, Edwina speaks to The Grocer about whether she has any regrets, what she thinks of the industry now...and how she likes her eggs.
