Eating a balanced diet made up of different food groups is vital for maintaining a healthy body.
Pupils should be encouraged to eat a healthy mixture of foods with fruit for dessert and lots of water. Encourage pupils to take their worksheet home and discuss with their parents or guardians what they like about their meal and why it is healthy.
