British Lion eggs to exhibit at care catering forum

British Lion eggs will be exhibiting at the National Association of Care Caterers Training & Development Forum in Nottingham (3-5 October), sharing the good news with care catering professionals that runny eggs can return to menus for care home residents.

The news follows updated advice from the Food Standards Agency, stating that runny eggs can now be eaten runny by vulnerable groups, including older people, as long as they are British Lion eggs.
