Eggs for slimming says research

Research revealing that women who ate more eggs were found to have a lower body weight - despite a higher calorie intake from their overall diet - has been covered by the national media, including The Sun and The Mirror.

The research findings were published alongside supporting comment from Dr. Rona Antoni, Research Fellow in Nutritional Metabolism, BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Dietetics, PhD Nutritional Sciences – a member of the British Lion eggs Nutrition Advisory Group.
