Health benefits of eggs underlined at RSM Food & Health Forum
Health professionals at the latest meeting of the Royal Society of Medicine’s Food & Health Forum heard Professor Bruce Griffin underline the scientific case for including eggs in dietary guidelines.
Many of the 150 delegates who attended on the day also visited the British Egg Information Service stand to ask questions and obtain the latest information on the health benefits of eggs.
The event took place on 27 March and was entitled ‘Dietary guidelines: Scientific substantiation and public health impact’.
