Kids go to school on an egg with the world’s fastest omelette maker

Pupils across the country were given an ‘Eggspress’ cookery lesson last week to celebrate British Egg Week.
Howard Helmer, the world’s fastest omelette maker, and experts from the Kids’ Cookery School taught children how to cook some simple egg dishes including a speedy pizza omelette as well as answering an egg quiz.
Howard Helmer holds the Guinness World Record for omelette making, rustling up a fantastic 427 omelettes in 30 minutes. The US star joined the ‘Eggspress’ roadshow to help kids discover cooking with eggs through a series of interactive educational sessions.
