Packed full of vitamins and minerals, and with less than 80 calories per egg, they are the perfect way to enjoy breakfast.

British Lion eggs have come up with two top breakfast recipes which are not only delicious and filling, but both are only around 300 calories per portion.

Make sure you look for the Lion mark when buying eggs, as this ensures that they have been produced to the highest standards of food safety.
