Air fryer poached eggs

Using an air fryer to poach eggs can be a good alternative to the traditional stovetop method. Consistency is key in achieving well-executed poached eggs. Air fryers circulate hot air uniformly within the chamber, ensuring even and controlled cooking. This consistent temperature eliminates guesswork and prevents unevenly cooked whites or overcooked yolks - common pitfalls associated with water-based methods.
