These pancakes are so flipping good, you’ll want them for breakfast, lunch and dinner

09/02/2021

This Shrove Tuesday, British Lion eggs are inspiring pancake lovers to move beyond the traditional lemon and sugar topping and enjoy the versatile dish at any time of the day.

As you settle down for breakfast, why not switch it up for an eggs Benny pancake delight? Or instead of a mushroom omelette at lunch, why not swap in a tasty crêpe with added brie? For dinner, you could try out some delicious Italian crespelle pancakes, followed by fruity strawberry & ricotta roll-ups to indulge in for pudding.

From sweet to savoury, healthy to indulgent, there are so many recipes to try. Why save pancakes just for one day a year, when they taste this good give them all a go whenever you please…
